Cannot find Run Macro under the File menu due to moved to Tools menu.
Cause:
The 'Run Macro' command was moved to the 'Tools' menu and renamed 'Macro'.
Solution:
To run a macro in Access 7.0, use the 'Macro...' command under the 'Tools' menu, specify the name of the macro to run, and choose 'OK'.
NOTE: To run a macro, a database must be open.
1) Make sure a database is open .
2) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Macro...'. (The Run Macro dialog box appears.)
3) Type the name of the macro to run in the 'Macro Name' box.
